These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the short-drama streaming service operated by DCC Drama ("we", "us", or "our"), including the website at www.dcc.app and related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we may publish from time to time, all of which form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
Registration. You may register an account using your mobile phone number, email address, or a supported third-party login such as Google or Apple. You may also use the Service as a guest; guest accounts may have limited features and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.
Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referrals, or promotions is prohibited and may result in account termination.
4. Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, download, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from the Service except as expressly permitted;
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access controls, technical protections, or security features of the Service;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service, including short dramas, episodes, titles, artwork, graphics, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your access to content does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Unless expressly authorized, you may not use our name, logos, or content for any commercial purpose.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content;
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with us;
Harassing, abusing, threatening, or otherwise harming other users;
Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks without legitimate grounds, payment fraud, or abuse of referral and reward programs;
Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or connected networks;
Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
7. Purchases, Virtual Currency, and Wallet
Payments. Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of such providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Wallet balance. Your wallet balance is a record of credits held on our platform for purchasing content and services. It is not a bank account, is not interest-bearing, and is not redeemable for cash except through authorized withdrawal features.
Recharges and refunds. Recharges and purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in the Service.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal features are subject to eligibility requirements, verification, and applicable fees. We may delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud or a violation of these Terms is suspected.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your transactions.
8. Referral Program and Rewards
We may offer referral codes, bonuses, and other rewards from time to time. These programs are subject to additional rules published on the Service. Rewards may be adjusted or revoked if we determine that they were obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity, including self-referrals and bulk account creation.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as Google, Apple, and payment providers. We are not responsible for, and do not control, the content or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and post the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
